Covid-19 Response

The Salvation Army Oasis is available for support during all COVID-19 Traffic Light settings.
The Salvation Army Oasis is a free health service - meaning you are not required to be vaccinated or show proof of status to access our service. We do have several measures in place to ensure the safety of everyone including fully vaccinated staff, face masks when appropriate, distancing and hygiene processes.
If you have symptoms, travelled overseas in the last 14 days, been in contact with a positive COVID case or at a location of interest, are required to self-isolate, or would simply prefer not to see us face to face yet – we are happy to support you online or via phone.
You can access support across all settings via website, webchat, video calls, phone, text, email, and face-to-face appointments.
Visit our Locations, complete the Take the First Step form, or phone our Call Centre on 0800 53 00 00 to be connected with your nearest Oasis centre.
